What kind of tickets do I need to enter the festival?

"Festival” includes the concerts, late night concerts, scheduled activities, campgrounds, and parking lot. You cannot enter the festival - or any part of the festival - without an Event Pass per person and a Camping/Parking Pass per vehicle. You cannot come without an Event Pass and “just hang out with friends.”

General Admission
Each person entering the festival requires their own Event Pass such as Full Event, Three Day or Two Day. All ages, including children of any age, require a paid admission ticket.
In addition to each person having their own Event Pass, every vehicle entering the festival requires a Camping or Parking Pass such as Main Venue, West Woods, or Day Parking. Up to 5 people can ride in one vehicle and split the cost of camping or parking. RVs and other oversized vehicles require an RV Pass. -
VIP
Each person entering the festival requires their own VIP Pass. Specially priced Children VIP tickets are available for children ages 1-16. All adults ages 17 and older require a full priced VIP Pass.
Camping is included in the VIP ticket cost, so there is no need to purchase any additional camping passes with VIP. This includes RVs and oversized vehicles: you do not have to purchase an RV Pass if you have VIP tickets.

Please note: while RVs are allowed in VIP camping at no extra charge, an RV PASS for VIP is required. After you add VIP tickets to your shopping cart, you will be prompted to add an RV PASS for VIP to your purchase. This pass is free of charge, it's just a reservation really; NO water or electric hookups are included.

Payment Plans
Need some flexibility in purchasing tickets? Check out our Payment Plan options which divide your purchase into 3 easy installments.
Payment Plan details
- Payment Pans divide the ticket cost into 3 easy payments: 1/3 of the ticket face value plus all service fees, shipping fees, and sale tax are due at time of purchase, the remaining 1/3 payments are automatically deducted from your credit card on April 1 and May 1, 2013.
- In order to purchase tickets through the Payment Plan, you must create and sign into an account through our ticket links, and this account must have a credit card number stored on file for all three payments.
- You do not need to sign into your account to apply the April 1 and May 1 payments, the payments will be automatically applied for you.
- The last day to purchase Payment Plan tickets is Monday March 15, 2013.
- Tickets purchased with the Payment Plan will be shipped after all three payments are successful.
- By purchasing tickets with
the payment plan, you agree to all the Wakarusa Payment Plan Terms and
Conditions.

- Event Passes are not included with this Camping Pass and must be purchased separately; each person must also have an Event Pass to enter the festival.

West Woods - $59

- Primitive, next-to-car camping is included in this cost.
- Just a hop, skip and a jump away, West Woods is a short walk to any of the concert grounds or activities.
- West Woods is a more relaxed campground ideal for shade lovers and hammock enthusiasts. This campground also has potable water sources, a general store selling food and ice, and EMTs.
- Event Passes are not included with this Camping Pass and must be purchased separately; each person must also have an Event Pass to enter the festival.
- Gates open for West Woods on Thursday May 30 when accompanied with Full Event Passes. Three Day and Two Day pass holders cannot enter the festival on Thursday regardless of the camping pass. You can view a helpful Gate Times chart in our Ticket FAQ.

Riverside - $29
- $29 per vehicle, plus
fees and taxes
- Primitive, next-to-car camping is included in this cost.
- Located 3 miles south of the main festival venue, free shuttles will transport you to and from the Riverside Campground to the main festival venue.
- The shuttles run 24 hours a day, and the shuttle stops include shade structures and free water.
- Riverside Camping also has ice vendors, potable water sources, a general store and EMTs.
- The Riverside Campground is our most affordable, quiet and spacious camping option. You are also within steps to cooling off in the beautiful Mulberry River.
- Event Passes are not included with this Camping Pass and must be purchased separately; each person must also have an Event Pass to enter the festival.
- Gates open for Riverside on Thursday May 30 when accompanied with Full Event Passes. Three Day and Two Day pass holders cannot enter the festival on Thursday regardless of the camping pass. You can view a helpful Gate Times chart in our Ticket FAQ.

Day Parking
- If you do not wish to camp overnight, a Day Parking lot is available near the Riverside Campground.
- Day parking is located 3 miles south of the main festival venue; free shuttles will transport you to and from the Day Parking Lot to the main festival venue.
- Day parking passes are available for purchase at the festival box office only. You can view Box Office hours and locations in our Ticket FAQ.
Sober Camping
- Operated by our friends Camp Traction, a designated Sober Campground will be available in the Main Venue Campground. To stay in Sober Camping, purchase a Main Venue Camping Pass for your vehicle, and follow the signs in main venue to Camp Traction.
RV Passes
The following vehicles are considered an RV, and every RV entering the festival requires an RV Camping Pass:
- Any size RV: Class A, Class B or Class C
- Any size Bus
- Any vehicle wider or longer than a normal 15 passenger van
- Any vehicle towing a trailer, camper, RV or 5th wheel of any size. If you're hitching anything, it's an RV.
Reserved Campsites - SOLD OUT
$549 per campsite, plus fees and taxes. SOLD OUT
Reserved Campsite Map (click for larger image)- Reserved Campsites are very limited in number and feature barbeque grills, water and electric hookups perfect for RVs or campers.
- A dedicated Reserved Campground host is available to help you and your friends settle into the festival. Reserved Campsite holders also have exclusive access to the shower house with warm showers and flushing toilets.
- This is a campsite only. Event Passes are not included with this Camping Pass and must be purchased separately; each person must also have an Event Pass or VIP Pass to enter the festival.
- Up to 8 people and 2 vehicles are allowed at each campsite; one of the vehicles may be an "RV."

Reserved Campsite - SOLD OUT
$549 per campsite, plus fees and taxes. SOLD OUT
Reserved Campsite Map (click for larger image)- Wild Turkey 26 is available only to patrons with wheelchair or other accessible needs. A state issued ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) license plate or placard is required to camp there.

- Accessible Camping is in the heart of all the action. Nestled between all 5 stages of Wakarusa, you are in the middle of all the music, activities and amenities on the mountain.
- Need a break from all the activities? Then enjoy the music from the comfort of your campground.

RV Unreserved @ Accessible - $299
- $299 per RV, plus

- A state issued ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) license plate or placard is required to camp in Accessible Camping.
- This is primitive RV camping only: No water or electric hookups are provided. A free, on-site water and dump station is available for use. Small/silent generators are allowed.
- Beat the rush and get in a day early for a primo spot!
- Only an extremely limited quantity of the RV Unreserved @ Accessible Camping Passes are available.
- RV Unreserved @ Accessible Camping is in the heart of all the action. Nestled between all 5 stages of Wakarusa, you are in the middle of all the music, activities and amenities on the mountain.
- Need a break from all the activities? Then enjoy the music from the comfort of your campground.
- Event Passes are not included with this Camping Pass and must be purchased separately; each person must also have an Event Pass to enter the festival.
- Gates open for RV Unreserved @ Accessible on Wednesday May 30 when accompanied with Full Event Passes. Three Day and Two Day pass holders cannot enter the festival on Wednesday regardless of the camping pass. You can view a helpful Gate Times chart in our Ticket FAQ.

Day Parking @ Accessible
- If you do not wish to camp overnight, a Day Parking lot is available at the Accessible Campground.

ARKANSAS SALES TAX and TOURISM TAX: All tickets have a 7.5% Arkansas Sales Tax added during the purchase. In addition to sales tax, all camping passes also have a 2% Arkansas Tourism Tax added during the purchase. These taxes are included in the Service Charge during your check out.
