In a nutshell: You cannot enter the festival, or any part of the festival, before your listed gate time. You cannot come early and "just set up camp for the night." If you arrive before your gate time, you will be turned around.
VIP Three Day does not include Thursday arrival privileges. VIP Two Day does not include Friday arrival privileges.
- Single day tickets such
as "Friday Only" are not available for purchase. We cater
our ticket sales to those who come and camp the whole weekend
with us; hence music and camping festival. Mulberry Mountain
is a very rural and beautiful setting, and is best experienced by long
stays.
- No. All ages, including children of any age, require a paid admission ticket.
- A Family Campground is no longer provided. If you are bringing children to the festival, we suggest that you choose West Woods Camping or Riverside Camping since both of these campgrounds are more quiet and secluded than Family Camping.
VIP TICKETS
- VIP tickets are all inclusive
and come with: meals, beverage service, early arrival privileges (for VIP Full Event), bathroom
and shower facilities, exclusive upfront viewing at the main stages,
VIP pavilion and lounge, super friendly VIP staff to assist you with
settling into the festival and free camping in the shaded VIP campground. You do not need to purchase any additional camping passes with VIP.
Please visit our tickets page (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) for more information on VIP tickets.
- No. Children are not free in
VIP. Specially priced Children's VIP Passes are available for
ages 1-6 and 7-16. Adults ages 17 and older require a VIP Full
Event Pass or VIP Three Day Pass. Please visit our tickets page (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) for VIP Children's prices.
- Yes. Get your VIP
tickets early as they tend to sell out months in advance.
- No. The VIP campground
is a "gated community" in order to protect the many perks of the
VIP Program: shaded camping, meals, beverage service, bathroom facilities,
and VIP lounge. Only VIP Pass holders can enter the VIP campground.
VIP Pass holders are more than welcome to camp with their friends in
primitive, non-VIP camping.
- No. VIP includes
primitive camping in the ticket cost. VYou may bring an RV or pop up camper at no extra charge. There are no water/electric amenities with this “free RV Camping” option for VIP. You may bring a generator to provide your own power.
- We do offer water/electric amenities for an added $250 for the weekend for VIP patrons. You would be hooked up to a Wakarusa provided generator and a water truck would come by to service your camper every morning.
- While purchasing your VIP ticket in full, you will be prompted during checkout to add a “RV Reservation” to your shopping cart. The free option = no amenities. The $250 option = water/electric services. After adding the VIP pass to your shopping cart, you will see the following screen, click on “RV Reservation for VIP.”
- If you purchased a VIP ticket using the payment plan, please contact Pipeline Ticketing to make an RV Reservation at (785) 749-3434, 11am-4pm CST, Mon-Fri.
- Note: only VIP pass holders can enter the VIP
campground.
RVs
- Yes. All vehicles
considered an "RV" (see above question) require an RV Unreserved
Camping Pass or Reserved Campsite.
- All vehicles with an RV
Unreserved Pass are required to park in the designated RV Unreserved
Campground. Any vehicle that requires an RV Unreserved Pass but
arrives on site with Main Venue, West Woods, Riverside or Accessible
will be turned around.
- RV Unreserved does NOT
include any water or electric hookups. Small or silent generators
are allowed at all RV Unreserved campgrounds. "RV Unreserved
@ Main Venue" and "RV Unreserved @ Accessible" can access the
free water/dump station located on the Main Festival Venue. There
are no water/dump stations for "RV Unreserved @ Riverside."
Please review our Reserved Campsites option for campsites with water
and electric hookups. Visit our tickets page for more information (Click Here To Visit Our Ticketing Page) underneath "RV Camping Passes."
