Wanna win a pair of VIP passes to Wakarusa 2012?

Wakarusa is pleased to announce our Annual Poster Design contest. We're looking for a few creative designs to complement the designs from our full-time creative team.

Rules and Specifications:

The rules are simple . . . . Send us a concept that captures your view of Wakarusa.

Some general requirements include:

• Omit any reference to dates and acts. We'll take care of this when we finalize the designs for printing.
• Must incorporate the following language: "Wakarusa" and "www.wakarusa.com".
• Only copyright free material, images and photographs may be used.
• No artwork may be returned to the artist(s) once submitted.
• All submissions must be received by Tuesday, January 31, 2012 at 5:00 pm.
• Submitted JPG format size 2200x1600 pixels (max)
• Optimized for 11"x17" printing.
• Digital submissions are preferred. If you're hand drawing/painting the poster, please scan the artwork and send us a digital copy.
• The winning submission(s) will become property of Wakarusa Music and Camping Festival.
• The winner(s) will be notified via email no later than Tuesday, February 7, 2012 by 5:00 pm. If you do not receive a notification email by that time, then your submission was not selected (and we promise your artwork will not be used).

Poster submissions are reviewed based on:

• aesthetic appearance
• visual design
• clear communication of key aspects of solution
• judicious use of text
